What is the material used?
For most of our applications we use 14 gauge mild steel. This material is strong, durable and cost effective. We are able to plasma cut this material quickly and efficiently. Other materials are available upon request. Check out our CUSTOM ORDERS page.
Why are your prices more costly than others?
Our products are made from “real” metal… not plastic or wood. Our pieces won’t crack or rot. They are built to last with the highest standards and are meant to last. We also have most our pieces epoxy powder coated for the most durable and appealing finish possible. Our custom order signs are just that… custom. You won’t find them anywhere else. They are one of kind art pieces. We do not mass produce these pieces.
What is powder coating?
Powder coating is a type of coating that is applied electro-statically and is then baked in an oven. It is used to create a hard finish that is tougher than conventional paint.
Powder coating colors?
Black, White, Copper Vein, Grey, and Silver Vein are available for most products. Other colors are available upon request.
What is your return policy?
Any orders with personalized text are non-returnable and non-refundable. Products which have no personalized text may be exchanged within 15 days of purchase for store credit and a 25% restocking fee will be deducted. When your order is placed, processing begins IMMEDIATELY. Please understand that once processing has begun on your order, a cancellation may no longer be possible. Product Availability
Each Product states shipping times. All orders will ship within 2-3 weeks once artwork and design is approved and paid. As most of our products are custom designed or names need to be cut we cannot stock these items. Therefore we need time to cut, clean, send for powder coating and all finishing work. Products in the ready to ship category are available to ship within 2-3 business days. These items cannot be personalized. The availability information presented on our site is the best, most current information we have, but errors do occur, and this information does not constitute a guarantee or promise of availability. Anticipated delivery dates are dependent upon our suppliers and other factors beyond our control and are subject to change. You order will ship once it has been filled in its entirety. Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Canada and the United States. All of our products ship from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. For International orders you are responsible for any tariffs, taxes and any other fees associated. We regret that we cannot currently take online orders for other countries. Use of Coupons, Discount Codes & Promotions
Any and all coupons, coupon codes, discounts and special offers are non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other offer. Previous and pending orders are not eligible for new promotions. Unless otherwise noted, only one offer per order, per household.
