Hansen Lamont has been a growing company in Winnipeg, Manitoba since it was established in 1983. Having a complete metal fabrication shop consisting of a press brake, turret punch press, power shears, plasma cutter, lathe, tig welders, etc., we decided to expand our manufacturing business to include custom metal signage and metal art. Having thrived on manufacturing products to suit the individual needs of each customer, we feel this is an asset in manufacturing metal art signs.
Dave started out as an original employee when the doors opened in 1982. He slowly earned shares of the company and when the late Bill Hansen retired in 2003 Dave took over the business and slowly started expanding. This is when his wife Cheryl joined him to take care of the office. A couple of years later their daughter Sheena was hired on as Dave’s shop assistant to complete the family team. Sheena now designs and produces our metal art signs.
